How it works

Everything in one place.
Three steps.

Training, meals, recovery, the schedule and the scale usually live in scattered messages, notes and spreadsheets. FWEEK puts them in one plan you and your coach share.

  1. 01

    Set up your fight

Weight class, weigh-in and fight dates, your current weight. Two minutes.

  2. 02

    Get your personalized plan

Your path to the scale, meals for every day and a fight-week plan, with the reason for each number.

  3. 03

    Track it day by day

Log weight and check-ins in seconds. Today shows what matters now, and your coach sees it too.

Free cut check

How much can you
cut in fight week?

Most of a fight-week drop is glycogen, gut content and water, and the method calculates each one from your lean mass. Move the sliders.

Your numbers

kg
%
days
Manageable
0kg

Assumptions and uncertainty
  • Day-before weigh-in, healthy adult, normal training.
  • Glycogen and its water are estimated from your lean mass; gut content is about 1% of body weight.
  • Fat loss above 0.7% of body weight a week is flagged; fight-week totals above the method's limits are marked high risk.
  • These are estimates, often off by about 1 kg either way. Your body can respond differently. A qualified coach should supervise any water cut.
Use these numbers in my plan

Simplified preview of the method for a day-before weigh-in. The app adds your sex, age, height, experience, overnight l-float and weigh-in format, then dates every step.

The method

Four phases.
Zero guesswork.

The same sequence used with more than 500 professional fighters, turned into a personal plan with dates, amounts and alarms.

01
Camp → W-10

Analyse

Six questions. Your total cut, where every kilo comes from, the fat-loss pace you need, and whether it's realistic.

02
W-10 → W-4

Load

A personal water load (your cut in lb ÷ 8, in gallons a day) so your body starts flushing water by itself.

03
W-3 → W-1

Cut

Salt and carbs out, then a controlled cut night with live rounds, vitals and a bed target. Always with your coach.

04
Scale → walkout

Reload

Exact sodium and potassium per shake, carbs per meal, and timings, so you rehydrate first and refuel right after.

The app

Built for the
hardest week.

When you're tired, hungry and dehydrated, you don't want a dashboard. You want the next step. FWEEK shows exactly that.

Wearables

Safety, built in

Not every cut
should happen.

FWEEK checks every plan before you start. When the numbers say stop, it says it plainly and suggests the class that keeps you safe.

01
Automatic red flags

Too big for your body, bigger than any cut you've done, too little time, same-day weigh-ins, poor recovery.

02
Cut Night lock

A high-risk plan stays locked until you and your coach confirm you've reviewed it and agreed on a stop point.

03
Never alone

Every protocol assumes a qualified coach is present. Stop signs and emergency steps are always one tap away.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Who is FWEEK for?

Combat-sports athletes preparing for a weigh-in, and the coaches and gyms who run their camps. It works for amateurs and professionals, men and women, in kilograms or pounds.

How does onboarding work?

A few short questions about your fight, weight class and body. You get your numbers on the spot, then log your weight to start your trend. Nothing is paid before you see your plan.

What happens if my fight date changes?

Edit the weigh-in or fight date in Me. FWEEK asks you to confirm, then rebuilds your path, meals and alarms from the new date. Your logged weights and check-ins stay.

How does FWEEK handle weight-cut estimates?

Every estimate shows its assumptions and is labeled as an estimate, never as a measurement. Plans above the method's limits are flagged, under-18 athletes never get a water cut, and any water cut must be supervised by a qualified coach.

How do subscriptions work?

Fighters pay once per fight camp for the Fight Pass. Coach and Gym plans are monthly and can be cancelled any time in the billing portal. Payments are processed by Stripe; plans bought on the web also unlock the phone apps.

How can I manage or delete my data?

Export a backup or delete everything from Me → Settings. Deleting your account removes your data from our servers. You choose if your coach sees your logs, and you can stop sharing at any time.

Is cutting weight with FWEEK safe?

No weight cut is risk-free. FWEEK keeps the cut inside the method's manageable range, flags anything outside it, locks Cut Night on high-risk plans, and assumes a qualified coach is with you for every session. It's performance guidance, not medical advice.

Do I need a coach to use it?

You can plan alone, but you should never execute a water cut alone. Add your coach and they can follow your plan, check-ins and cut night from their phone.

What if my weigh-in is the same day as the fight?

Pick "same day" in the cut questions. The plan shrinks the water cut, because there's little time to rehydrate, and adjusts the reload.

Does it work for every combat sport, for women and in lb?

Yes. MMA, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling and grappling, for men and women, in kg or lb. The formulas use your own body weight, body fat and weigh-in.

Does it replace my nutritionist?

No. It gives you and your team one shared plan with the numbers worked out. Coaches and nutritionists stay in charge and can change any target.

Is FWEEK affiliated with the UFC, PFL or Bellator?

No. FWEEK is an independent product. Some athletes who have used the method compete in those organizations, but no promotion sponsors or endorses FWEEK.

What can I use for free?

Building your profile, logging weight, check-ins, your countdown and a preview of your path are free. The full day-by-day fight-week plan, cut alarms and reload unlock with the Fight Pass.

Where is my data stored?

On your device by default. You choose if and when your coach sees a summary, and your progress photos are never shared. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Will alarms work when the app is closed?

Yes. Tap "Add to my calendar" and every reminder (water checks, cut night, weigh-in, each reload shake) lands in your phone's calendar with an alarm.
